Office access authorization on HRM aims to authorize office management for managers or limit access to offices that they do not manage.
Step 1: Access Base HRM from the app menu or visit https://hrm.base.vn/ .
Step 2: Click on the Settings icon >> select Permissions >> Restrict access
2.1. Enable/Disable Access Restrictions
- To restrict administrators from accessing offices they do not manage, enable the Office Restrictions feature ( Restrict access to other offices).
At that time, the HRM Admin of an office is only allowed to access the installation data of that office and the data of the employees of that office.
- If you do not restrict access, click to turn off this feature.
2.2. Set up exceptional members with access to all offices (if any)
For example: If office manager A is tagged in the exception section, office manager A will be able to see his office and all other offices B, C, D of the company.
Click on Configuration

Tag the exception member name and Save to complete.

2.3. Set up Senior Management
- Add senior management members to the office if you want them to access some other offices besides the one they manage
- Select "Edit" if you want to add/delete senior management
Tag one or more senior management members and Save to finish
