Base HRM - Settings: How to create a office on HRM in

To add your company's branches/locations, please follow the below instruction:
Method 1: Create each office
Step 1 : Access Base HRM from the app menu or https://hrm.base.vn/, select the Settings icon >> select " Office "
Step 2 : Create a new branch by selecting “Create new” at the top right of the screen:
Step 3 : Fill in the information in the display box:
=> After filling in the information, select " Save " to complete the operation.
Method 2: Create an office list using an excel file
Step 1 : Select "Settings" > point to "Create" >> "Import offices"
Click "Download" to download the sample file to your computer. 

Step 2: Enter complete information into the file in the following column order: Office name > Address > Phone number > Email
Step 3: After entering information into the file > Select "Select file" to upload the file > Click "Continue" to save the data
* Note:
- Enter information in the columns marked with *, other columns are not required.
- Check to ignore error lines (if any)
- Overwrite existing data (Replace previous content on the system)
Step 4: Double check the column information before officially uploading data to the system.
>> Click "Enter" to complete
