Base HRM - Settings: Set up and use component salaries in

In addition to fixed salary and basic salary, businesses can have other types of salaries for employees. This salary can also change with each salary edit. To install, go to https://hrm.base.vn/ or select Base HRM from the app menu and follow the instructions below:

1, Set up component salary

Step 1:  Select "Settings" >> "Custom Fields" >> "Salary Components" >>  "Manage Fields"

Step 2:  Add new field and choose format for field

Step 3: Fill in the information and "Save"

- Field name: Component salary name

- Field type: can re-select format

- Required: Select yes or no required 

- Short description: Detailed information about this component's salary

Select "Save" to complete creating the component salary.

2. Display with component salary

- Displayed in "Employees" :

- When you need to edit for an employee: Click on the staff name on the staff list to access that staff's profile >> "Job information" =>  "Edit salary information"  => "Save"

- Displayed when creating a offer/career development for a person:
