Base HRM - Settings: How to set up checkin via Mobile in

To set up Mobile Checkin Client in HRM, go to Office settings on BaseHRM and follow the below instruction


Step 1: Select the Office you want to set up web timekeeping >> Point to “Edit” >> Select “Add client” 

If you have not created an office location, you can add it according to the instructions  HERE  and continue.

Step 2 : Fill in the information of the client checking in:

  • Client name: name of the client checking attendance. Example: Phone checking attendance 

  • Client type: choose "Mobile checkin"

  • Client IP address: in case the company uses a network with a static IP range, you can enter the IP to force employees to connect to the company network to check in.

  • Verify location: select "YES" if you need to verify check-in according to a fixed location with Latitude and Longitude set below. You can click "Select location on map", the system will automatically fill in the latitude and longitude according to the location you have selected.

  • GPS only: select "No" then the system will combine GPS and AGPS positioning

  • Face detection in image: select Yes if required to checkin using facial

  • Require confirmation: In case you need to manage check-in approval, check this feature and tag the person with approval rights.

  • Only accept check-in from employees in the same office:  if selected, employees from other offices will not be able to check in using this client. 

  • Only accept check-ins for selected schedules: If you check and select a schedule below, only employees in the selected schedule can check in using this client. If you leave it unchecked, employees in this office and all schedules can use this timekeeping client.

Step 3: Click " Save " to complete the operation
