Base HRM - Virtual Account: Attach employee account to virtual accounts in

With virtual profiles created in Base HRM -  you want to link with existing personnel in Base Account, you access HRM by selecting the Base HRM icon in the application list, or go to the link  https://hrm.base.vn/  and follow the instructions below:

Step 1:  Select Employee - filter by status of Virtual Profiles on the system

Step 2:  Select the virtual account you want to attach employee to

Step 3: Select the ".."  icon  => select  Activate full profile

Step 4:  At Base Account => Member => search for the Username of the employee you want to attach

Step 5 : Fill in the employee's username (created at Base Account) in  Link to account  => click Save  to complete.
