You access HRM by selecting the Base HRM icon in the application list, or go to the link  https://hrm.base.vn/

To build an organizational structure on HRM, select Settings - Organizational Structure:

Step 1: Create Departments for the organization:

• Fill in all the information in the Create new department window and Save.

Step 2: Create Sub-Departments for Departments

• Click on the 2 dots at the end of the Department name - select Add sub-department

• Fill in the same information as when creating the parent department and select Save.

*Note: You can create multiple sub-department levels by doing the above.

Step 3: Create a Team for the organization 

• Hover over Create department - select Create team

• Fill in all information - select Save

• Select Add a group at Department to add a group to the Department.

• Select Group, then fill in more information and press Save

*Note: 

• In case a group belongs to more than 1 department, you do the same as the above step.

• In case you want to change the location of a sub-department to another Department, click on the 2 dots at the end of the sub-department - select  Edit  - select the Department to move to in the  Parent Department section  and Save.

=> After creating departments and teams, you will be able to view the Organizational Chart under the Charts tab
