Base HRM - Policy: Create a new HR Policy in

1. Purpose

  • Operation at: https://hrm.base.vn/cps 

  • The "Human resource policy" section helps customers create all policies related to human resources such as: recruitment, appointment, transfer, demotion, salary increase,...

  • Meaning: Human resource related operations must comply with company policy and must be transparent, confirmed by policy and recorded on the system.

2. Instruction

Step 1:  Access  Settings on Base HRMPolicy section: Human Resources => Select Create new and the type of policy to create

Step 2:  Fill in all information with 1 human resource policy:

  • Policy name

  • Policy Status: Available/Unavailable

  • Administrator: The person who has permission to view and approve records covered by this policy.

  • Followers: Receive information when a person is recommended under this policy

  • Review period (hours): Maximum number of hours required to complete processing of policy records

  • Need approval? Yes/No

  • Person consulted: This person has the right to give his/her opinion on the proposed personnel.

  • Rules and conditions for approval: Describe in detail the additional policies for personnel and monitoring conditions

  • Applicable to: Businesses can delegate policy application authority to each selected department.

  • Probation period: number of days required for probation when proposed for appointment, salary increase, demotion, etc.

  • Allow employees to create their own candidates: If enabled here, employees can create their own proposals on Base Me

  • Allow managers to create suggestions for subordinates: If enabled here, managers can create suggestions for the employees they manage on Base Me 

  • Sample file: The system supports sample files in DOCX format, you can refer to the instructions here  to create a sample file. 

After adding enough policies, you can perform the operation of creating career development records (eg: Appointment, transfer, demotion, etc.) for personnel  according to the instructions in the following article:  Instructions for Appointment/Salary increase/Transfer/Demotion of personnel
