Base HRM - Benefits: How to create a Benefits policy in

Purpose:
+ List the company's current benefits and assign the corresponding policies to employees.
+ Benefit data will be automatically used to recalculate Base Payroll.
To create a Benefit policy, select the Base HRM icon in the application list, or go to https://hrm.base.vn/.
Settings >> Select "Benefits" in the Policy section
Method 1 : Create manually
Step 1: Create new => Create benefits
Step 2: Fill in the benefit information >> Save
+ Benefit type: Select 1 of the previously installed benefit types.
+ Recurrence: How often is this benefit calculated (by pay period, by month, by week, by year, by event).
+ Calculate direct income or not?
+ Benefit type: monetary unit or word description
+ Value: the amount paid for this benefit
+ Allows managers to create benefits for the employees they manage.
Method 2 : Create new Benefits using Excel file
Step 1: Create new => Enter benefits (excel)
Step 2: Select "Download" to download the sample excel file.
Fill in detailed benefit information in the file
+ Columns with * are required.
+ Data must be in Text/General format
+ Benefit type: Must fill in the correct name of 1 of the existing Benefit Types
+ Recurrence : payroll || weekly || monthly || yearly || event
+ Counted as direct income: 1 - Counted as direct income || 0 - Not counted as income
+ Currency unit format : 1 - Currency unit format || 0 - Interpretation in words
Step 3: Re-enter the filled file into the system.
Tick " Overwrite existing data " if you want to import files to edit existing benefit policies.
