Base HRM - Tax: How to create a new tax policy in

To create a Tax policy on HRM, first access Base HRM by selecting the HRM icon in the application menu, or go to the link https://hrm.base.vn/ . 

Step 1:  Settings >> select " Tax " in the Policy section

Step 2: Select " Create new " in the upper right corner >> Fill in tax policy information >> Save

+ Tax policy name

+ Tax policy code: written without accents or special characters. For example: tax-income,..

+ Policy type: 

• Progressive tax schedule

• Fixed tax schedule: need to fill in % tax rate

+ Allow direct management to create benefits for their employees:  If you check this item, direct management from the Base Account of any employee can create Tax for that employee on Base Me.

**Note:  It is not possible to create a 0% tax payment policy. In cases where no tax is paid, you will not need to assign a policy to that employee (the employee is displayed in the "Pending" section ).
