Base HRM - Tax: How to assign tax policies to employees in

The system will use the policy applied at HRM to calculate the corresponding tax rate at Base Payroll.
To assign insurance policies to employees on HRM, first access Base HRM by selecting the HRM icon in the application menu, or go to the link https://hrm.base.vn/ .
Step 1: Select " Tax " in the Policy section
Step 2: Assign insurance policies to employees in 3 ways: Assign to each employee, Assign by group or Import in bulk using Excel.
Method 1 : Manual operation with each employee:
1.1. Select "Add Participants" and select specific personnel
1.2. Enter details and Save
+ Join date:
Start date of employment - recorded in HRM records
Custom Date: Select a specific date
+ Insurance policy:
Progressive Tax
Tax at a flat rate of 10%
+ Purpose of creation
Create new registration
Overwrite last registration
Create past registrations
Create first registration
Method 2 : Assign policies to each group of employees.
2.1. Add participants >> Add multiple participants
+ Select by
Select employee: Tag each member to be assigned Insurance
Area/Specialty: Select Area/Specialty - will assign the policy to all internal members.
Office: Select Office - will assign the policy to all members inside.
Work Location: Select Work Location - will assign the policy to all internal members.
2.2. Fill in Insurance policy details - as for assigning to individual staff.
Method 3: Batch import using Excel
3.1. Hover over "Add participants" >> Enter first participant list

3.2. Select " Download " to download the sample excel file - Fill in the information in the file - Import it back into the system.
- Employee ID: Fill in the employee code
- Tax policy: Progressive tax/ Fixed tax rate of 10%
- Join date: dd/mm/yyyy, data in text/general format
Step 3: Check and modify the assigned policies in the Participants section
