Before the new year, there will be a situation where employees do not use up all their leave in the old year, and the company has a policy of carrying over that remaining leave to the new year. To do this, access Base HRM in the app store or follow the link https://hrm.base.vn/

• Step 1 : Export data for storage

Before transferring the existing spells, you should export the current spell list to Excel to store and backup when necessary.

- Check the maximum number of remaining spells that can be transferred. If you leave it at 0, after transferring the remaining spells, they will be cleared to 0.

You fill in the maximum number of remaining permits according to company regulations.

• Step 2:  Run the cumulative

After checking, go to Settings > Leave > Select leave policy and select Accumulate annual leave

• Step 3:  Click Confirm update  to complete the operation 

NOTE:  Once reset is successful, data cannot be transferred back.

- In case of a wrong reset, you can re-import the exported excel file from step 1 to update the original data.
