Step 1:  Prepare a sample contract on a docx file and set up data variables to get the available information that has been entered into Base HRM before.

**Note : Supported Key Base models:

Personnel information

  1. ${employee_code}: Employee code

  2. ${employee_name}: Employee name

  3. ${employee_phone}: Phone number

  4. ${ contract _title}: Title

  5. ${contract_timesheet}: work schedule

  6. ${contract_position}: Position

  7. ${employee_position_name}: Position

  8. ${contract_area}: specialized area

  10. ${last_name}: Last name

  11. ${today}: Current day/month/year

  12. ${today_date}: Current date

  • Salary Information in Contract:

Step 2:  Go toBase HRM=> Select Settings => Select Contract Classification => Create a new contract type or Edit an existing contract type => Upload the sample contract file with data variables inserted and Save
