Base HRM - Contract: Set up expiration reminders for each type of contract in

Each business often classifies many different types of contracts. When the employee's contract expires, each type will be considered for the next, more suitable contract. 

However, switching between these types of contracts may require different consideration times. Therefore, setting up separate upcoming reminder times for each type of contract will help managers easily grasp and proactively implement the contract conversion process for employees.

To set up expiration reminders for each type of contract, visit https://hrm.base.vn/ or select Base HRM from the app menu and follow these instructions:

Step 1: Select"Settings"=>"Contract Classification"=> point the mouse to the"Edit" to the right of the contract type to be installed => select"Configure Expiry Reminder"

Step 2:  Fill in configuration information 

- Advance reminder : number of reminder days before contract expires

- Notification to : the recipient is notified when the contract expires

Then select "Save" to finish.

Contracts about to expire  will also be displayed in the "Labor Contracts" section as follows:
