Base HRM - Contract: Add recruitment decision for staff in

The decision to accept the job is the first decision for each employee when joining a company. To create a decision to accept the job for an employee, visit https://hrm.base.vn/ or select Base HRM from the app menu and follow the instructions below:

Method 1: Create directly

Step 1: Select "Career Development",  " Recruitment" => "Create new"

Step 2: Select personnel and recruitment policy => "Continue"

Step 3:  Fill in the information in the Recruitment Decision 

After filling in all the information for the employee, select "Update employee information according to the recruitment decision"  to update the decision in the employee's profile and click  "Save"  to complete.

Method 2: Update using Excel file

Step 1: Select "Career Development",  " Recruitment" => Hover over Create new and select "Enter recruitment decision"

Step 2:  Fill in the form and update the file

- You can choose or not choose Recruitment Policy. If you choose, you need to enter the decisions of the personnel who enjoy the same policy. If you do not choose, you can enter many decisions belonging to different policies.

- Select "Download" to download the sample file

- After the file is complete, update the file in the "Select file" section. 

- " Check and require the personnel code to be correct ": Select  to have the system check the information to match the personnel code.

-" Process sample files ": Check to have the system automatically create sample files for decision records.

- " Update personnel information according to recruitment information ": Select  to update the decision to the personnel file 

Select " Continue " to preview and check the updated data. Finally, select "Save" to update the Decisions.
