To set up a time-limited approval (SLA) for career development decisions, go to https://hrm.base.vn/  or Base HRM icon on the App menu bar and follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Go to "Settings" => select "Human resource policy" => click "Create policy" (for new creation) or select "Edit" (for old policy) 

Step 2:  Enter the information "Approval period" (in hours) and "Save "  

Career development decisions for this policy created after installation will display approval deadline information.
