At each stage, managers will assess and build development roadmaps for employees for the upcoming period. A development plan not only informs employees about their strengths so they can continue to grow, but also highlights areas that need improvement. This provides a foundation for managers to track future performance, while helping employees grow in alignment with company expectations.

To create a development plan for an employee, visit https://hrm.base.vn/ or access the Base HRM app from the menu and follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to Career Development → Development Plan → Select “Add Development Plan”

Step 2: Choose the employee and the applicable policy

Step 3: Fill in the development plan details → Click “Save”

- Required and optional information includes:

  • Person in Charge: The individual responsible for managing the plan
  • Notify: Tag relevant employees to be informed
  • Department/Specialization – Office – Position

- Status:

  • Pending: Allows you to tag reviewers for feedback
  • Approved: Specify the date of implementation

- Recent Achievements (required)

- Areas for Improvement (required)

- Attachment: Upload any related development documents (if available)

=> Click Save to complete the development plan.
