Bulk action functionality allows users to quickly and conveniently edit multiple records at once. To use this feature for Appointment Decisions, access HRM via https://hrm.base.vn/ or open the Base HRM app from the menu, then follow these steps:

- Step 1: Navigate to Career Development => Career => Select the relevant decisions that require action

- Step 2: Click Approve and set the official effective date

Available bulk actions:

• To approve multiple decisions: Click Approve

• To change the official effective date for multiple decisions: Click Change Official Date
    (Only applicable to Appointment, Promotion, Transfer, and Demotion decisions)

• To delete multiple decisions: Click Remove

*Note: Deleted data on Base cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution when using the Delete function.

Tip: You can filter by specific policy types to make bulk operations more manageable and efficient.
