Base E-Hiring: Create a new campaign in

To create a recruitment campaign on E-Hiring, visit https://hiring.base.vn/ or click the Base E-Hiring icon in the app menu bar, then follow these steps:

Step 1: On the Overview tab, click "Create new campaign" as shown.

Step 2: Fill in the basic information about this recruitment campaign:

• Title

• Department, office location

• Base salary

• Job description

Choose a Talent Pool to store candidate information.

Type @username to tag the Manager – those who have permission to view all candidate data and handle the recruitment process.

Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Step 3: Link job postings

After completing the basic information, you’ll need to link job postings to the campaign.

On the Link screen, select the job postings you want to include >> Click Save

Then continue completing other setup steps as configured in each job posting:

• How to add evaluation criteria

• How to set up and edit the recruitment process

• How to configure the application form

• How to add a candidate evaluation form

• How to add interview questions
