- Step 1: After the candidate has accepted your company’s offer, go to Base Onboard ⇒ Select Home ⇒ Click Add new employee ⇒ Fill in all required information and click Save.
The system will send an email notification to the new employee, including a form for them to complete their personal information.
- Step 2: Once the new employee fills in the required information, the system will update the status to “In Review.”
You need to go to Base Onboard to check whether the information is complete and change the status to “Ready.”
- Step 3: Click Create account if the person does not yet have a Base account (see the guide for creating accounts via Base Account) ⇒ Select Link account ⇒ Change the status to Completed if you have received all necessary documents.
- Step 4: Click Link with HRM.
- Step 5: Go to Base HRM ⇒ In the Personnel List, find the corresponding employee, click to open their detailed HR profile, and fill in any missing information such as: employee code, working schedule, contract, assign tax policy, assign social insurance policy, etc.
- Step 6: Continue to the Job Information section ⇒ Click Edit onboarding decision ⇒ Fill in the required details and Save.
