Base HRM – Personnel: How to Create a New Employee on HRM

To create a new employee on HRM, click the Base HRM icon from the app list or go to https://hrm.base.vn/

*Note: Before entering employee information, you must set up the following details: Office, Job Position, Work Schedule, Title, and create the employee’s account in Base Account.

- Select “Employee List” → “Create New”


There are two ways to add new employees on HRM:

Method 1: Manually add each employee – click “Add Employee”

Fill in all required (*) fields and click “Create Employee

Method 2: Create new employees via Excel file

  • Step 1: Go to "Employee List" → Select “Import custom” 

  • Step 2: Select "Employee information" template

  • Step 3: Click “Download” to get the template file.

  • Step 4: Fill in all employee information in the Excel file. Upload it by clicking “Choose File” → then click “Continue.”

*Notes:

  • Check for duplicates using *: Review for duplicate employee codes or emails.

  • Make sure to accurately input employee code and email, as this links with each user’s Base Account.

  • Skip rows with errors: The system will only import rows without errors. Rows with errors will be ignored — however, it is recommended NOT to tick this option, so that it’s easier to review and correct any errors.
