To enable the suggestion of the next closest employee code when creating a new employee, access Base HRM by clicking the Base HRM icon in the app list or navigating to https://hrm.base.vn/ and follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to Settings => Company.
Scroll down to the Advanced Configuration section.
Tick the option "Suggest the next closest employee code", then click Save.

Once this setting is enabled, when you add a new employee, the system will display a suggested employee code based on the latest code created - making data entry easier and more consistent.
