Base E-Hiring: How to upload candidates in

To upload candidates, you need to have the candidate's CVs available in PDF, docx, doc, then follow the instructions below:

1. Upload 1 candidate

Step 1: Go to https://hiring.base.vn/ and select the job opening that needs more candidates.

Step 2: Click Basic CV Scan in the right corner of the screen

Step 3: Drag/drop file to upload your CV file here, then the system will automatically read and return some basic information such as: Name, Email, Phone number, Gender... 

Step 4: You check the candidate information again and select Add application  to complete the operation.

2. Upload multiple candidates:

Step 1: Go to https://hiring.base.vn/ and select the job posting that needs more candidates.

Step 2: Click on Edit >> Import candidates from multiple files

Step 3: You use the drag/drop CV file here ( maximum 20 CV files ), then the system will automatically read and return the results with some basic information such as: Name, Email, Phone number, Gender... 

Step 4:  Check the candidate information again and select Save to complete the operation.

3. Upload CV with AI

In addition, reading CVs with AI will support reading the information of the corresponding fields in the table-based custom field.

Step 1: Go to https://hiring.base.vn/ and select the job posting that needs more candidates.

Step 2: Click on AI Pro Scan

Step 3: You choose Upload CV then the system will automatically read and return results with some basic information such as: Name, Email, Phone number, Gender...

Here you can upload individual or multiple CVs - up to 20 files
