Base Account: Set information viewing permission in

To set permission for users to view other's user information, please do the following steps:

Step 1: Go to https://account.base.vn/ and click on "View permission"

Only system owners can set this viewing permission. There are two options available: 

1. Public: allows all users to see information
2. Private: only allows admins/owners could see information
