To update basic information for multiple accounts on the system via an Excel file, follow these instructions:

• Step 1: Go to https://account.base.vn/account > select the Members tab => Add account => Export list to excel.

• Step 2: After exporting the Excel file containing the system accounts, update the information for the accounts in the corresponding columns.

        *Note: Do not change the information in the username column.

• Step 3: Return to the screen in Step 1, select Update user information from excel, and upload the updated information file.
