To create a Guest Account, go to Base Account https://account.base.vn/ or the Account icon on the app menu, then follow these instructions:

• Step 1: Select "Guests"  => "Add guest account".

• Step 2: Fill in all the necessary information.

• Step 3: After creating the account, click on the "..." icon at the end of the guest account's name => select "Grant app access".

• Step 4: Select the applications you need to grant access to for the account, then click Save.

*Note: For apps that do not display a tag, users only need to type the exact name of the application they want to grant access to and press Enter.

• Step 5: The system will send login information to the customer's email, including Email, Password, and Access point (access code).

• Step 6: The guest account needs to select "Login with Guest/ Client access?" on the login page, then enter all the information such as Email, Password, and Access point (from the email) to Log in.
