In the event that you have created an account on Base but have not received the account information sent to your email, follow these steps to retrieve your login details:

• Step 1: Check if the account email has been filtered into your Spam or Promotions folders.

If not, proceed to Step 2.

• Step 2: Go to https://account.base.vn/

=> Click on "Forget your password". The system will send a password reset email to help you set a new password. (Detailed instructions: Recover your password)

• Step 3: If you still haven't received the email, ask the system's Owner account to help reset your password. Instructions for the Owner to reset passwords can be found here: Owner set new a password for an account
