To change your personal account avatar, go to the Base Account app on the app menu bar or visit https://account.base.vn/account and then follow these instructions:

1. Change profile picture on computer:

• Step 1: Go to Base Account => "Account" section => select "Edit my account".

• Step 2: Select the file and click "Update".

=> The system notification "Update profile successfully" means you have successfully changed your avatar.

If the system reports success but you don't see the updated avatar after pressing Ctrl+F5, please wait approximately 10-15 minutes for the system to update the data.

2. Change profile picture on phone:

- Access the Basevn application. Go to the Apps store, find and select the Account application.

- Select Edit Profile

=> Choose file to change your profile picture.
