Base HRM - Insurance: Add insurance policy in

To create an insurance policy on HRM, first access Base HRM by selecting the HRM icon in the application menu, or go to the link https://hrm.base.vn/ . 


Step 1:  Settings >> select "Insurance" in the Policy section


 Step 2:   Click on "Create new" in the upper right corner >> fill in insurance policy information

+ Insurance policy name

+ Insurance policy code: written without accents or special characters. Example: bao-hiem-thu-viec,..

+ Based on:  Calculated according to which salary level. 

  • Basic salary

  • Total salary

  • Customize by employee

+ Company percentage : The percentage of costs that  the company pays for insurance  based on the employee's insurance-paying salary.

+ Employee percentage : % of cost deducted from salary for insurance payment

+ Policy details (optional): You can write down the details of the insurance premiums paid by the company and the employee, or describe further explanation about the Policy

+ Allow direct management to create benefits for their employees : If you check this item, direct management from the Base Account of any employee can create benefits for that employee on Base Me.

Once you have created an Insurance Policy, you can assign the policy to Personnel as instructed. here
