Base HRM - Holidays: Create holidays and update holidays to payroll apps in

With the "Holiday" feature in HRM, users can create company holidays in the year and apply them to each work schedule. Employees who are entitled to holidays will have full work for that day without having to clock in.
To create "Holiday" on HRM, select HRM on the app menu bar or access HRM via the link https://hrm.base.vn/
Step 1: Settings >> select "Holidays" in Policy section
Step 2: Add holiday >> Fill in holiday information
- Holiday name: eg "April 30th holiday"
- Holiday range: select specific holidays
- Select partial holiday (not required)
Holiday: select a day that only gets partial credit
Rest mode: Morning break/Afternoon break/Customize holiday time >> only holiday time will be counted, outside of that time employees need to clock in according to normal logic
Holiday start/end time: Fill in the specific time.
- Check " All work schedules " if you need the holiday to apply to all schedules. If you uncheck, you can select each schedule to apply.
- Tick " Full-time paid holiday ", or do not tick - need to fill in specific payment level. Example: 0.5
Step 3: Update leave dates from Base HRM to timekeeping apps
+ Timesheet: Follow detailed instructions here
+ Schedule: Just run the Schedule table again from step 3 to update the holidays.
